This course aims at the students' improvement of their reading skills of academic texts in English, and their abilities to argue about these texts in an academic way. It prepares the students to pronounce and defend their opinions in an English academic environment. It concentrates on both cooperation and competition. At the end of this course students should be able to - speak fluently about a given scientific topic in English - work with English academic materials - substantively argue on the issues in English - be able to cooperate within a team on academic topics.
