Students will acquire the specific vocabulary presented within the topic-based units using all four language skills. By the end of the course, the student will be able to: understand language specific texts at B1 level of the CEFR; use selected specialist terminology with natural and sophisticated control; show and good command of selected grammar structures at B1 level of the CEFR.
This semester will focus on Crime, Punishment, and Rehabilitation, Immigration, Society, and Addiction.
